General conditions
7 days free storage on all COC equipment, penalty for container delay at the follow rates: 8 to 20 days – 2.5 USD-20', 3.5USD-40' per unit per day, 21 days and more - 10USD/20', 15USD/40' per unit per day respectively.
Detention charges shall be paid for the all period of time up to the date of returning/delivering of container to Carriers container yard. Free 7th days period including off days and holidays.
• Dangerous cargo surcharge – 25 % (class 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9) and 30% (class 1,2) to freight rate.
• OOG cargo quoted on ad hoc basis. |
